I recently upgraded to 16gb of G.Skill ram from 8gb of G.Skill because my ram usage was up 70-90% most of the time. At first my ram usage stayed downaround 40% but now it is back up to 86% while browsing internet.

Wondering what would cause this & should I be concerned. I get BSOD every ~6 weeks or so, computer runs fairly fast & cool.

As a general rule, the more ram the system uses the more efficiently it is running. The old saying is "unused ram is wasted ram". If the system is running efficiently, why are you even looking at how much ram is being used?
