Hi, I'm newly registered to this forum and have been looking everywhere for instructions on how to get rid of this guy

Ive run Ewido, CCleaner, Spybot S&D, Ad-Aware and Hijack This and the only file I can't fix is this damn REPAIRS303169563.DLL file/virus.

I have tried to use the Uninstall on Restart command for HiJack This and it dosn't work properly, as it keeps coming back.

What is the trick to getting rid of this dang bug?
