Hello guys and gals...You great people have helped me before, and I hope you are willing to do it again!  My home PC is a Compaq with windows vista.  About a year ago, I was having virus trouble and you folks got me on the right track. I then purchased Norton Anti Virus for 50.00 and have stayed on it for the whole year.  Now it's due for renewal.  I figured I would stay with a good thing, I mean sure my PC was slow sometimes, and sometimes I had to restart it but it seemed OK.  I purchased and upgraded to Norton 360 this time.  My Chrome was blocking the install, (still had the old norton running for the last 3 days of its life) So I decided to let it run out, and install the 360.  That was today.  Still wouldn't install.  Chrome would say Failed - Blocked.  Down loaded the power eraser...Failed - Blocked.  Uninstalled all Norton tried 360...failed - blocked.  I then Called Norton tech support and everything they suggested was Failed - Blocked.  Even when they tried to remotely work my PC...Failed - Blocked.  I had to create a new user and then they showed me that my PC was really messed up, and for only 199.99 they would fix it one time.  They said i had a nasty Virus, and showed my alot of my windows programs were shutting down.  How could that happen when I paid not only once, but twice for Norton ANTI-VIRUS?  Please help me any way you can.  I would like to get this thing cleaned up, and get the 360 installed, unless you have a better recommendation, and I can get my 80.00 back from Norton.  Thanks again!  Kevin
