Try updating/reinstalling your AMD driver first by the manufacturing support site.

Try downloading Speccy and then install the program.  To post and publish a snapshot of your PC.
. In the Menu bar, click File -> Publish Snapshot
. Click Yes > then Copy to Clipboard
. On your next reply, right-click on a empty space and click Paste on reply box then click Post.

Run Speccy in normal mode.

http://www.carrona.org/bsodindx.html#0x00000124

STOP 0x00000124: WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR

Usual causes:  Hardware, Incompatibility, May be driver corruption

More information for the stop error http://www.sevenforums.com/crash-lockup-debug-how/35349-stop-0x124-what-means-what-try.html

Update all outdated drivers by downloading and installing from the manufacturing support site.

1. Let's try updating your graphics card driver - GeForce GT 220 (ASUStek Computer Inc) http://www.asus.com/Graphics_Cards/ENGT220DI1GD2LP/#support_Download_30 Uninstall the current driver and see if there is a clean install option on the newly download driver.

2. The motherboard (ASUSTeK Computer INC. M4A78LT-M-LE) chipset, VGA, Audio and LAN drivers are here http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/M4A78LTM_LE/#support_Download_30

* The BIOS report on speccy shows

BIOS

Brand: American Megatrends Inc.

Version: 0704

Date: 11/06/2010

The current and latest BIOS version on the motherboard support link is 0803 release date 10/18/2012. Please check and read the manual/instructions carefully to ensure that a BIOS update will not cause a system boot failure. The information is found here.

3. Backup your documents also as this step can be done ahead of the above suggestions. Looking at the speccy report SMART data status :

C5 Current Pending Sector Count: 100 (099) Data 0000000003

C6 Uncorrectable Sector Count: 100 (099) Data 0000000003
The hard drive is not reliable for longer usage as it may be due to fail unexpectedly. Please backup your documents ASAP. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/S.M.A.R.T.

We would only know if after the updates were all taken into account. It could be a hardware problem/requirements, a recent game patch update or outdated system that could cause the particular crash.
