Hi -

Try these steps first to remove that Rogue Program -

Step 1:

Step 2:

How to stop Optimizer Pro Speed Guard processes:

a )    Click the Start menu, select Run.

b )  Type taskmgr.exe into the Run command box, and click “OK.” You can also launch the Task Manager by pressing keys CTRL + Shift + ESC.

c )     Click Processes tab, and find Optimizer Pro Speed Guard processes.

d )    Once you’ve found the Optimizer Pro Speed Guard processes, right-click them and select “End Process” to kill Optimizer Pro Speed Guard.

Step 3:

Uninstall application.

Hi -

After you finish those steps, we would like to clean up any remains of the program -

First -

Download AdwCleaner by Xplode, from BC download area
NOTE:Close all open programs including your browser while the program runs.
To launch it click on Delete
Your computer will be Rebooted after the scan completes.
A log should be generated after scan, post it back here.

Next -

I'd like us to scan your machine with ESET OnlineScan
1.Hold down Control and click on This Link to open ESET OnlineScan in a new window.
2.Click the ESET Online Scanner button.
3.For alternate browsers only: (Microsoft Internet Explorer users can skip these steps) -

1.Click on esetsmartinstaller_enu.exe to download the ESET Smart Installer. Save it to your desktop.
2.Double click on the icon on your desktop

4.Check "YES, I accept the Terms of Use."
5.Click the Start button.
6.Accept any security warnings from your browser.
7.Under scan settings, check "Scan Archives" and "Remove found threats"
8.Click Advanced settings and select the following:

*Scan potentially unwanted applications
*Scan for potentially unsafe applications
*Enable Anti-Stealth technology

9.ESET will then download updates for itself, install itself, and begin scanning your computer. Please be patient as this can take some time.
10.When the scan completes, click List Threats
11.Click Export, and save the file to your desktop using a unique name, such as ESETScan. Include the contents of this report in your next reply.
12.Click the Back button.
13.Click the Finish button.

NOTE:Sometimes if ESET finds no infections it will not create a log.

Thank You -

Well Done -  :thumbup2:
But as you have found there is usually a sticking point to these problems.

If you wish for one of the Experts to complete the removal and fully clean out any remains, please post in Virus, Trojan, Spyware, and Malware Removal Logs area of the forum -
Just complete These few details to add the correct logs -

Thank You -
