HKCMD.EXE missing

when I start up my computer I get an error message saying a certain program cannot start because HKCMD.EXE is missing.It does not say which program but I think its talking about Intel common user interface. Can anyone help,I would be very thankful. I am new to this site just joined today I hope to meet a lot of friends. thanks. hushpups.

If it were me, I'd disable it.
