This being my first post I would like to preface that I am a not very computer literate.  I have searched and found many people with similar problems to mine but have been unable to fix my issue thus far.

My Laptop- Toshiba Satellite C655 with Windows 7

The Problem-  Once the laptop is turned on, windows loads, and I'm at my desktop, I have about 30 seconds before the computer restarts itself.  This will go on for an infinite amount of time if I let it.  I am able to access anything in those 30 seconds after my computer is turned on, before it restarts once again.  The only way I can keep it from restarting is by using safe mode.  In safe mode it works fine.  I have tried to reboot from an earlier date and that had no affect.  I have also gone into the system control panel and disabled the automatic restart.  I have tried to load antivirus software while in safe mode but It appears that I need to restart windows normally to finish installing the software.  I don't receive any error messages or blue screens, it just restarts over and over and over and........ you get the point.

Please help.
