Hmm...I don't see anything other than what you see...looks like you have a large number of missing/damaged files and services impacted.

You are trying to run Win 7 with 1GB of RAM...that's not good, IMO.  I see that the stated minimum is 1GB for that edition...but those stated minimums cannot be relied upon for any serious use of the system, IMO.  Conventional wisdom says that 2GB is the minimum for any version of Win 7.

Appears to me that you need a reinstall effort, after running the appropriate hard drive diagnostic to ensure the functionality of the hard drive.

What i need to do this is to buy an external cd/dvd rewriter and i have to wait on asus sending me the cd as none came with the netbook.  So what im thinking now is taking your advice and get myself a proper compputer with a good amout of ram instead of wasting my time wih this one.

Well...I didn't suggest a new computer :)...but the idea is a good one if you can afford such.  IMO, current prices are relatively low for many models and you will get a full version of Win 7 or Win 8, depending on what system you pick.

Example:  http://www.amazon.com/ASUS-A53U-AS21-15-6-Inch-Laptop-Mocha/dp/B00BEU3FTI/ref=sr_1_5?m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1365094216&sr=1-5

On the other hand...a clean install or restore-to-factory defaults is a much cheaper alternative.  If the current system meets your needs and there are no inherent hardware/system problems...that seems a logical choice to make, along with increasing the RAM installed to its maximum of 2GB.

LOL...no offense meant, but I don't know a thing about programming that relates to this century :)...the days where I knew anything basic (no pun intended) are long gone, thank goodness :).

But, we have a forum for Programming...and we have a forum for Buying A New Computer...and I suspect that the Buying New forum will be the best to post in.  When you post your new topic there, give an indication of how much you want to spend and what you intend to use the system for, in addition to programming.  Someone will suggest something appropriate :).
