I keep getting a notification that this process (taskhostex.exe) has a high amount of disk write activity (45MB this time) and am wondering what this process is, what it does and why so much disk activity when I am just browsing a couple of webpages and checking my email? I would appreciate any information that anyone has about this file and what its function is.
