I donw load the 3 apps from the MegaWare CD,

but can not keep any of them open because the error report appears shortly after I open them.

ArcSoft WebCam Companion has encountered a problem and needs to close.

Error
AppName: webcam.exe  AppVer 3.0.15.183
ModName: asmipgdecoder.ax
ModVer: 1.0.0.12
Offset: 0022ba9b

I googled the error but did not find much that was relative.

Please post the webcam model and OS next time. It seems that the device comes usually with a CD installer.

I'm not familiar or aware of any Megaware Video problems using the arcsoft software enhancements feature. Sorry.
