My local ISP upgraded my internet speed today. I'm now running 24.44 Mbps down and 4.43 up, which is faster than what I had, but I don't really see any differences watching youtube vids, etc. The audio and video is off....you know, a really bad job of lipsyncing. I use firefox as my browser. Could I have a software problem that is making the difference? What does Firefox use for audio/video? Yeah, I know, I ask some dumb questions...but...at least I ask the guys who have the answers.

Download MiniToolBox and select
List Last 10 Event Viewers, List Installed Programs and List Users, Partitions and Memory Size.
A notepad will open then copy-paste the report on your next reply.
