Hello BC members!!

I have a friend who is not very technically competent and is looking for a free piece of software that will help him create and manage his website. He was using a program called CoolPage but bought a new laptop and it isn't supported on Windows 8.

Can anyone recommend a program that is simple enough for him to use and is primarily W.Y.S.I.W.Y.G. He is familiar with basic programs like FrontPage but is looking for something easier.

I'm not a web guy and didn't know where to begin...so I thought I better ask the BC community.

Thank you for all of your help.

The first one is a beta, and the second one is a 30 day trial for the free software. These may work for him:

Averyscript,

Thank you for your reply. I ended up referring him over to a local website design company who worked with him on resolving his issues. I think they set him up with wordpress.
