I spent most of Easter Sunday working on a computer for a friend who had gotten infected with the FBI Ransom thing, and a white screen puzzle.  Elise saved me in a matter of minutes by having me remove a skype.dat file.  Following that, a complete scan with MalwareBytes removed an entry in the registry, and all is well again.  Thank you so much Elise!
