Hello vacivity  and Welcome -

Can you tell us about how long you have owned this computer, and where you purchased it from (just a basic idea will do)

Also have you had any IT persons (or any workshop) do any work on the machine in recent times (last month or two)

Please run this diagnostic and Copy / Paste the report. It must be run in Normal Mode, not Safe Mode -

I need to see a full copy of the diagnostic report produced by the MGADiag tool (download and save to desktop) -
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012
Once downloaded, open and run the tool.

Click on the Continue button, after a short time, the Continue button will change to a Copy button.

Click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your post. (please do not edit the report.)

Thank You -

Hi -

So far it seems clean - Are you still using the computer in Mumbai, or in another country ?

First -

Download Security Check by Screen317 from and save it to your Desktop.
* Double-click SecurityCheck.exe

* Follow the onscreen instructions inside of the black box.

* The program may often seem to halt for a while, but it is just searching for furthe information.
* A Notepad document should open automatically called checkup.txt; please Copy / Paste the contents of that document here.
Note: If a security program requests permission to access the Internet, allow it to do so.

Next -

You could list the Make and Model of computer and post a snapshot with Speccy as this may give us a bit more to look at -
Publish a Snapshot using Speccy << Follow These Directions

Thank You -

The Input Error: Can not find script file "C:\Windows\system32\slmgr.vbs" indicates that something has deleted a critical file, this could be malware.

I reported this topic as possibly being an infection and suggested that it might belong in the Am I Infected? What Do I Do? forum. This is a centralized place where advanced members and staff can provide initial assistance with malware removal. If your issues cannot be resolved there, then you will receive further instructions as to what you need to do.
