So since Safe Mode does not work because the virus pops up I am forced to use Safe Mode Command Prompt. I type in rstrui.exe to get the system restore option up BUT the 'NEXT' button is grayed out. So I try to follow the steps by clicking through the on and off options but the Virus pops up.

Any help whats so ever would greatly be appreciated. I am completely and utterly lost.

Thanks for any help guys.

Hello 7evans, and welcome to Bleeping Computer!

I'm moving this topic to the Am I Infected forum (for now) so that we can gather some more information to better help you:
  • What OS are you running (XP, Vista, 7)?
  • Do you have your Original Windows Installation CD available?
  • And do you have a thumbdrive/flashdrive available for use?
