Never used a Mac before, so bear with me...

Is it possible to download a Windows .exe file to a Mac, and, just move it to a USB drive that will be read by Windows 7?

If so, how?

Thanks for your help.

Yes.

You just need to download the file on the Mac using a web browser (I assume you are downloading the file from the Internet).  You then plug in a USB flash drive that is formatted as a FAT32 drive and copy the file from the Mac to the flash drive.  Then take the flash drive to the Windows machine.
