I have a WD Scorpio Blue (500GB) and when I hook it up to my PC it shows me that the drive is 300GB in My Computer, but in Disk Management is shows me 500GB. Why can't I access the other 200GB?

Is the 200 Gb space in Disk Management unallocated?

No, it's not shown as unallocated in disk management. It's a laptop HDD, and I've now installed it into the laptop and when I'm trying to install windows it shows me the 500GB so I guess I shouldn't have to worry anymore as windows will format the drive and install the OS (I only hooked it up to my PC before to try to recover some files, but apparently the files were already backed up awhile ago so there's no need for that anymore).
