The other day I down loaded what I thought was Puran defrag, I ended up with a their utility suite.  Has anyone played around with the tools in the suite?  I am always reluctant to fool around with the extras until I read about them.  Any input appeaciated!

I've used it and it seems to be pretty safe. You should always be careful but you can use the wizard and uncheck what you don't want to run or use each app individually . In my opinion, it's a pretty good software.
