Windows 7

 

Can't get the system to start sucessfully in safe mode with networking. It gets into safe mode then automatically logs off.

 

Any help would be much appreciated

Unplug your network cable and try to boot into safemode.Let us know if that helps.

Many thanks for your reply.

I have solved the problem (I think!) by going back to a previous restore point and then using Malwarebytes to clear out the infections (4 found).

System is running OK now so I think I'm past the problem.
