Error In C:\windows\system 32\Logilda.dll Missing Entry:Logifetch

On each and every start up I get this error message pop-up.   I've tried every way I know of 

to try and fix this issue.   Even reached out to Logitech for an explanation and really just go 

a runaround from them.   No one seems to know how to fix it.  

If anyone knows how to go about fixing this I'd really appreciate it.

Download Autoruns for Windows: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb963902.aspx
No installation required.
Simply unzip Autoruns.zip file, and double click on autoruns.exe file to run the program.
Go File>Save, and save it as AutoRuns.txt file to know location.
You must select Text from drop-down menu as a file type:
