Hi,,

Snap.do has hijacked me Internet Explorer - can anyone tell me how to get rid of???

It is NOT in the Add/Remove Programs or in the Settings/Extensions; so any ideas would be much appreciated.

Cheers,

Jock

Try downloading and running AdwCleaner.

When it opens click on Search.

After the scan is complete click on Delete to remove the items it finds.

You will want to close all the applications running before running the scan.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
