Revocation information for security certificate is not available

For the past week or so when I start up my desktop I get a box come up saying 'security alert'

It says it is issued by DigiCertHigh AssuranceCA3 dates 8/3/13 - 11/5/16. what is it and what if any thing do I do about it? There is an option to install the certificate.
