HI,I think i may have problem called (keystone.exe. pc has been crashing lately but have not able tie it to

anything specific except whats above,there some sites that tell you can use their repair programs but can you even trust them,also in the back ground i hear a bell sound but nothing shows on screen.

This pc is a DELL E521,SP3,2GB RAM,this problem started right after i lost my Nvidia gs 7300 card one of the capacitors shorted out pulled it out went back to on board Nvidia 6150 now pc crashes every once in a while,thanks
