Hello tareland31, Welcome to BleepingComputer. There is little wrong in your log, but let's fix what is.
Scan with HijackThis, and check this two items:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = about:blank
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {397D7D63-816E-4ECF-8761-775C932C5CF1} - C:\WINDOWS\iDonate.dll
-Hijacker (IDONATE.DLL)
http://computercops.biz/clsid-224.html

Close all programs and browser windows, click on "Fix Checked"
Then clean like this, Start, Run type "cleanmgr" without the quotes then, ok. Allow windows to remove anything it locates. Using Add Reply to stay in this same thread, post a new log for a last look.
Give us any feedback you think we should have.
Thanks...pskelley
