Hi, Either one is decent for the money. However, neither have a dedicated graphics chip. The Intel graphics 4000 is not great although you'll be fine for WoW. Not sure about SWTOR. Here is what I bought a year ago. It has switchable graphics, which means you can assign different programs to use either the CPU or the GPU. It can be a bit of a pain but overall it is OK.
Intel Core i5-2430M
AMD Radeon HD6650M w 2Gb VRAM
4GB ram (upgraded to 8
640 Gb HD
This was about $700 and has played everything I have thrown at it.

Thank you, thoughts on this one I believe the graphics card is better but I'm not that tech savvy!

The laptop has a APU so it basically a CPU and a GPU together on a single chip. The integrated GPU (7660G) is a lot better then the HD4000, so you will be getting better performance. But if your looking for one that has even better graphics then the 7660G then this laptop has the 730M plus it has a i5 processor which helps with the game play performance of WoW.
