this thing came up sayin im infected and asked me to download all possible anti virus or whatever and i cannot get rid of it i iused spybot and it says it cant get rid of it because its not in use and aol doesn't even detect it it keeps sayin virus detected and poppin up on my screen i think i got it off the game sites i go on it keeps poppin up on my screen and i don't want my mom to see that i have it please how do i get rid of it

You can got to "Spyware Removal Guides & Self-Help and Reading Room" and find the remove guide that is right for your problem. If you cannot find it please post the error message (The entire message) and we will help you rid your system of it. Whatever you do, do not click the link.

Spybot probably told you the file was in use and couldn't be deleted.

After updating Spybot's definitions run it from safe mode.
