System boots to c0000135 can't start because %hs is missing

Hello, odd one here, system boots to the above BSOD, I looked over the Farbar log and unable to locate the zero access trojan, tested all hardware to verify it would good (memtest, dells built in diag, intel SSD toolbox for the SSD).

Please tell me I'm blind and it's zero access and not a corrupt windows update :thumbup2:

I'm unable to copy the log here as it's too long, I will attach it to the topic, thanks a ton in advance for looking over it!
