Hi,

Since the forum software has changed I can't figure out how to browse my computer to attach a file from the desktop, etc.

Could someone show me the way, please?

Thank you,

Donna :)

Not all forums allow you to attach files for security purposes. What forum are you trying to attach a file in?

I wanted to attach an image I had snipped and saved to my desktop in the thread that Mark started here in the Forum Games. I assume that is the one the forums you can not attach files into. Correct?

That would be correct.

Instead of trying to attach, you can upload the image to a file hosting site, such as PhotoBucket, and then insert the image into your post, or link to it.

Hi tg1911,

Thank you!

That's what I've been doing. Just thought I'd try and attach from desktop so I could delete once attached instead of filling up my photobucket acct with images I may never use again. Silly me! I never created an individual folder in my library for the previous images and wanted to re-organize my photobucket acct, though if I do, it will change the path to the image. I should have thought about that sooner. My fault.

Have a nice day folks!

Donna
