I tried the "Add/Remove" tool in the Control Panel to uninstall Mixi, but it did nothing.  I tried the "uninstall" button in Mixi's list and still nothing.  Even contacted those "people" but no response.  I tried "Task Manager" but it wasn't listed therein.  What can I do that will remove this pest?

Is that the Mixi community Toolbar? I see on the web that this toolbar is installed when

users have downloaded and installed other freeware.

The two programs in links below will find and remove a lot of these ad intensive and useless

toolbar addons that users have installed.

What browser(s) do you have installed?
