Hi forum,

I want to know that if Lotus Notes can do a function about sending an e-mail out at a specific date and time automatically ?  That means if I can set my preferred send out time for this e-mail ?

Thanks!

Thanks for the reply.

I guess the "agent" operation is a little bit advanced and I cannot find it in my version 8.5.  I guess it may be some kind of plug-in functions, but not a standard Lotus Notes email function.

Would there be any other possible way to do my job ?

Thanks forum.

To the best of my knowledge Agent is available in version 8.5. Here are the steps spelled out more clearly.

Scroll down to post #4.

If Agent is not available then I would suggest you consult with your mail administrator about alternatives.

I don't know of any other way with Lotus Notes.
