sh4ldr folder appeared out of nowhere.

I suddenly found this folder in my C drive folders just sitting there, with a .MBR file inside. As I understand it, Spyhunter is malicious malware, but I don't know if I should just up and delete a master boot record. I don't know enough about it.


OS: Windows 7.
