Can't install driver?

Whenever i try to install my audio driver, this message pops up. Anyone knows what the problem is?
dpinst.exe-Entry Point not found
"The procedure entry point _except_handler4_common could not be located in the dynamic link library msvcrt.dll."

What is the source of your driver files?
