Hi,

I ran ComboFix and it executed smoothly without any warnings.

However, when I am trying to open IE, Chrome, any Document, Outlook etc...none is opening.

I am getting error message as below for everything:

C:Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe

Illegal operation attempted on a registry key that has been marked for deletion.

C:Users\Documents\<Document Name>

Illegal operation attempted on a registry key that has been marked for deletion.

C:Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14\OUTLOOK.EXE

Illegal operation attempted on a registry key that has been marked for deletion.

Will really appreciate if anyone can advise how this can be fixed?

Hello and Welcome -

Please fully read:: ComboFix usage, Questions, Help - Look here > http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic273628.html
What was your reason for running the program ? Have you rebooted the computer fully since you ran ComboFix ?

Was your computer infected with Malware of some kind, or were you just running this as a trial ?

Please Note - There is no warranty implied with the program, and it is provided As Is only -

After you reboot are these the listed problems (above) given to you, and no other directions ?

Please read and follow all links in the document above, and then please reply with your current problems -

Thank You -
