Please help with this. Every time I am trying to enter my user name, password or just typing like I am now, it will just start typing nonsense in my document. Sometimes it will not allow me to type any letters or use back space to delete what it typed. If I am using MS word, it would automatically insert a page brake by itself. Sometimes when I am using outlook to compose email, it will highlight my entire page and delete it and I would have to start over. Other times when I am trying to log back into my computer after a long abscense, it will take 20 trials (when I have the patience) or I would just remove the battery and unplug the power cord and allow it to sit for about twenty minutes in the off state before starting over. I left some samples of what happened when I started typing this post. I am XP Home Edition. I have tried to use McAfee viruscan, Norton Anti Virus, Adware SE, Spyware Doctor and many more but nothing seems to have worked. Any help would be appreciated. sdf\jkl df\jkl;\jkl;p

Have you checked this?

In the control panel click on keyboard. Click on the properties of the english language and make sure your keyboard is set to standard US layout. It may have gotten changed to a different one.

I think I forgot to mention that this is a hp note book.
ZD8000 series and does not allow for keyboard selection.
As you can see, I left all the junk that was typed while I was entering this post.
It stops by itself if I can just ignore it long enough so I don't think it has to do with the selection.
Thanks for your help anyway.

Download and scan with Ewido Anti-Malware v3.5
Ewido Install and Scan Instructions

Then perform these online Virus scans:
[Watch the Address bar in IE. You may receive alerts that "This site might require the following ActiveX control...Click here to install...". Click on that alert and then Click Install ActiveX component]

Trend Micro Housecall Scan
Panda ActiveScan
ActiveScan Panda does not remove adware/spyware but will autoclean for viruses & worms.

If those steps don't help, then read and follow all instructions in the pinned topic titled Preparation Guide For Use Before Posting A Hijackthis Log.

When you have done that, post a log in the HijackThis Logs and Analysis Forum, not here, for assistance by the HJT Team Experts.

It may take a while to get a response because the HJT Team members are very busy. Please be patient as they are volunteers who will help you out as soon as possible. Once you have made your post, please DO NOT make another reply until it has been responded to by a member of the HJT Team. Generally the staff checks the forum for postings that have not been replied as this makes it easier for them to identify those who have not been helped. If you post another response, a team member, looking for a new log to work may assume another HJT Team member is already assisting you and not open the thread to respond.
