Hello,

Have you tried to boot in Safe Mode? And if so, does it load at all?

Try also the following: disconnect your computer from the internet (power off your modem/router or just remove the LAN cable) and see if normal mode loads now.

In the mean time I'll move this topic to a more appropriate forum so we can work on this issue.  :)

regards, Elise

Hello Elise

I have already tried both options but after running through a bunch of information stops and gives me a flag asking me if i want to continue, so I said yes and gave a black screen with all my icons, from there I dont now what else to do.

Can you access the internet or for example browse to a flash drive from there?

Can you please run the following from Safe Mode? (for internet select Safe Mode with Networking).

We need to see some information about what is happening in your machine. Please perform the following scan:
  • Download DDS by sUBs from one of the following links. Save it to your desktop.
  • Double click on the DDS icon, allow it to run.
  • A small box will open, with an explaination about the tool. No input is needed, the scan is running.
  • Notepad will open with the results.
  • Follow the instructions that pop up for posting the results.
  • Close the program window, and delete the program from your desktop.
  • Please note: You may have to disable any script protection running if the scan fails to run. After downloading the tool, disconnect from the internet and disable all antivirus protection. Run the scan, enable your A/V and reconnect to the internet.

    Information on A/V control HERE
