Flashdrive Opening Error

(sorry for the bad english) just see the image below :

Guys i really need help with this, sometimes this happens and sometimes i open a flashdrive normally. but after any flashdrive is inserted in my netbook (Compaq mini 110) There Flashdrive will also have the same problem. they will have a shortcut file in there flashdrive but once they open it  will have an error ( RUNDLL Error loading ~$WYDUI.FAT32 "The specified module could not be found.") Pls need help!!!!
