Daisy Chaing Routers

I am trying to daisy chain two routers. This is the set up:

WinXP SP3 PC to Cable modem to Asus WL500g to Asus WL500gP

I have tried connecting the first router to second router LAN to LAN and LAN to WAN but the second router is not showing up on the network.

Does anyone know what I need to do?

Try looking on how the 2nd router setup in this link and maybe adding what kind of network do you mean not showing?
