I want to ask that what should be the cabling quality of computer for communication and what should be the latest version of computer software and application.

If for cabling you are asking about network cables cat 5e would be a great option for general speed. Also an attempt to keep out away from running parallel to power cords will reduce electrical inference. All software should be up to date. Of not for new features but for security. Having automatic updates enabled would be smart.
