S/PDIF Bracket no sound nothing

I bought this bracket from ebay hooked it up and got no sound or sign that its even install...

did you alert the seller that it was going onto a ASUS motherboard? according to the seller, it was designed for a gigabyte motherboard, and had to have the wiring re-arranged in order to work on a ASUS board, and that they would rewire it if you had an ASUS board. If you did, then its possible he got a wire crossed, or that its defective, have you contacted the seller for the proper wiring diagram?
