Blue screen of death on shutdown ?

Sometimes when I shut down, my laptop takes very long before responding - 5 to 10 minutes. Theni t reboots and presents an error message that something went wrong, and I am given the option of informing Microsoft about the issue.

 

I suspect that I got an 'invisible' blue screen of death, since the mini dump files are populated.

 

Please asist to resolve this issue. Below is all the required info:
