Hello. My AVG and ZoneAlarm keep saying they found a virus: EICAR Test but can't delete it. I can't access the directory (System Volume Information) because it says: Access Denied. Should I try Kilbox and try to delete it?
Thanks

Have you run both in "safe mode?"

The Eicar Test String is not a real virus. It is a text file that is used to test antivirus software. See here.

System Volume Information is actually a part of System Restore. If that is the only location your AV is flagging it, then follow these Instructions for XP to disable, then enable.
