System Freeze Ups

My computer has lately taken to freezing. Started with Microsoft Outlook but no the entire system freezes. A techie friend suggested downloading Combofix, but I was unsuccessful Really dont know why, I am a technophobe.

Moved to a more appropriate forum from the Windows 98 forum since a friend suspects a virus



Please do not run Combofix unsupervised
