I just want to thank all the people who put this site together to help novice computer users like me . If i was not aware of the dangerous faults alerts that these sypware programs put out i would problably buy their software and be really in trouble by giving them my visa card nimber . Yes i am still trying to get rid of a file that keeps coming back but at least now i can delete it . Before a menu would come up saying can't delete file cause somebody else is using it or another program is using it . On the whole the computer is running very well with no threats or alerts but i still think i have it . THANKS AGAIN TEAM !

radisson,

Welcome to Bleeping Computer. Thank you for the kinds words of thanks. Those are the kinds of words that the volunteers, that help here, love to hear. It is much of what keeps us coming back to help those who need it and ask for it.

Both the staff and the many members who contribute their time attempting to help one another with computer problems and questions always appreciate a kind "thank you." The best "payment" is knowing that you are actually helping others. Please tell your friends about BC, so we can continue to grow and help even more new friends.
Regards,
John
