We moved forward with a Financial Compliant Instant Messenger tool and are no longer allowing the use of Windows Live Messenger, Live 2011, Win Messenger or whatever they call it this week.  Is there a way to script the removal from all machines without having to walk around to everyone individually?  Even better, is there a way to prevent future installs for people who don't like to follow rules?

I tried the objWMIService script, but that didnt seem to work.

We are still running Win Serv 2003 if any answers require GPO.  All machines are Win 7

Thanks in advance for your help.
