Let's try using this one first.

Download  BlueScreenView.exe file and run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and attach it to your next reply.

Try downloading Speccy and then install the program.  To post and publish a snapshot of your PC.
. In the Menu bar, click File -> Publish Snapshot
. Click Yes > then Copy to Clipboard
. On your next reply, right-click on a empty space and click Paste on reply box then click Post.

Please post the computer model also next time. The bluescreen is pointing to a chipset driver that may be corrupted or outdated. The memory management can be a cause of a hardware problem, bad RAM stick or hard drive. Looking onto the speccy report for SMART. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/S.M.A.R.T.

05 Reallocated Sectors Count: 099 (099) Data 000000003FC5

Current Pending Sector Count: 001 (001) Data 00FFFFFFFC

C6 Uncorrectable Sector Count: 001 (001) Data 00FFFFFFFC

The drive is not reliable and should under warranty, contact the manufacturing support or from where you purchase the computer. You can confirm the test by using seagate diagnostic tool or use HDtune pro trial version from here http://www.hdtune.com/ Just a reminder, backup your files immediately.
