Well, when I turn on my computer a blue screen appears saying:

Stop: c000021a {Fatal System Error} The initial session process or system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0x00000000 (0xc0000221 0x001003a8). The system has been shut down.

I pressed F8 repeteadly at the startup and tried everything from safe mode to startup repair, and none of them could help me with it. But when I select an option that says  "Disable forced driver signature" or something like that (Its one of the last options). So Ive been using my computer like that for a while but Im worried something could happen. I have run avast, Super antispyware, malware antybites, ccleaner, spybot search and destroy, but none of them has found anything important (Super antispyware found a trojan but supposedly cleared it).

Also recently, when I boot my computer the windows theme changes to classic and it doesnt detect any wireless networks. After a few minutes it comes back to normal. Also my computer runs slower than normal. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried to do a system restore? if not, go into safe mode and do a system restore. Go to start- search System Restore- then just choose a date to where it was working fine before. then it will restart.

if that doesnt work then you may need to re-install windows.

if its a hardware issue then it could be your ram. There are memory tester programs out there to download. heres one

then if there is a issue then you may need to replace your ram sticks.

I tried to do a System restore but all my restore points were gone. I formated my computer and reinstalled windows, now everything works fine. Thanks.
