What is the make and model of this computer?

How can you tell the CPU is running?

Can you boot into Safe Mode?

This is similar to the same issue that I had, where the computer would start up and you could hear it running and appeared to have everything starting up correctly but no display at all (not even for a split second no flash or anything just acted like it was never even turned on, just stayed in sleep mode), the wireless mouse showed power but the keyboard did not show any (when I pressed caps lock or num lock no lights on or off).  After a few tests, I believe it was a motherboard failure more specifically the integrated graphics failed.  Not sure if this is the case or not, but wanted to share my experience.

Good Luck!!

In order to help you I need some specific information, so please answer my questions.

Is this a custom build?  If not, please post the make and model of this computer.

How can you tell that your CPU is running?

Can you boot into Safe Mode.

Obviously you have Speccy, please post the complete report.

Are you getting the "No Signal" message on your monitor?

Do you have another monitor that you can try to rule your monitor out as a problem?

Do you have a graphics card you can installed to be sure that the integrated graphics is the problem?

Let me see if I have this correct.  Your fans come on, the mouse's laser light is on, but the keyboard lights don't turn on?

Usually when the monitor is on but the computer is off you will get the message about.  This is why I asked if you have another monitor or one you can borrow to see if the problem is with the monitor.

If the computer is turning on and staying on it is booting past the POST.

If you press Caps Lock on your keyboard does the CAPS light come on above the number keys?
