problem with netgear and windows vista

this is the screen i get my computer crashes. i found that when i have my netgear wna1100 hooked up there something wrong with the driver? so i disable the process and my computer is fine. is there a known problem between vista and netgear? the netgear is up to date on the driver software

What netgear driver version, from this link? The image is not posted as maybe posting the error instead would help.
