I am happy to join the BleepingCommunity.  I am retired and working on my second career.  I live in North Carolina near Morehead City with my family.

I find keeping my computer running smoothing to be a real challenge for me.  I hope that some of you can help.  I will help you also, if I can.

Thanks!

I hope your second career is golfing or something fun. Keeping your computer running smoothly, malware aside, is usually a matter of doing routine maintenance; deleting crud that accumulates on your hard drive, running scandisk/checkdisk, and defragging. One place to start: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/t/44690/slow-computer/

Thanks for joining and welcome to BC!
Regards,

John
