I ran a nmap on my computer, and noted some ports were open that I did not recognize.  I went into the windows firewall - advanced security, and added the ports I wanted to close.  [see attached image]  I did this for both in and outbound.  I ran nmap again, and they were still open.  How do I close these ports down?
